Digestive imbalance is considered the root of most disease in Ayurveda. Our protocol strengthens agni using classical formulations (Hingwashtak, Avipattikar, Triphala), dosha-specific diet planning, meal-timing discipline and gentle detox where indicated. Panchakarma such as Virechana may be added for chronic cases.

GERD and hyperacidity are addressed by pacifying aggravated pitta. Treatment combines Amalaki, Yashtimadhu (mulethi), Shatavari, Avipattikar Churna and cooling foods, along with lifestyle changes for meal timings, sleep and stress. Shirodhara is often added when stress is a driver.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Grahani) is managed with agni-strengthening herbs (Kutaj, Bilva, Musta), buttermilk-based diet, prebiotic foods and stress-regulation practices. Basti (medicated enema) is often the cornerstone treatment for chronic, alternating IBS.

Chronic constipation is treated with vata-balancing oils, warm hydration, Triphala, castor oil therapy (Snehapana) and Basti where indicated. We avoid harsh stimulant laxatives and focus on rebuilding bowel reflex through diet fibre, ghee and daily routine.

Diabetes (Madhumeha) care combines classical herbs — Gudmar, Vijaysar, Karela, Methi, Jamun — with a low-glycaemic Ayurvedic diet, walking protocol and stress management. Panchakarma is used in early or complicated cases to improve insulin sensitivity and prevent complications.

Hypo- and hyperthyroid conditions are managed with Kanchanar Guggulu, Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Guggulu, iodine-appropriate diet and Yoga (specific asana + pranayama). We complement, not replace, essential medication and monitor thyroid profile every 8–12 weeks.

Sandhivata / Amavata (arthritis) is treated with Abhyanga, Patra Pinda Sweda, Janu/Kati Basti and internal herbs — Shallaki (Boswellia), Ashwagandha, Guggulu, Rasna. Ama-clearing diet and gentle mobility work are essential to lasting relief.

Chronic skin conditions are treated from within — Raktashodhak (blood-purifying) herbs like Manjistha, Neem, Sariva, Khadir; gut restoration; targeted external applications (Kumkumadi, medicated ghee); and Panchakarma such as Virechana or Raktamokshana for stubborn cases.

Hair fall is treated by addressing pitta, nutrition, thyroid, stress and scalp health together. Protocols include Bhringraj-Amla oil massage, Nasya, medicated hair packs, Shirodhara for stress-linked shedding and internal rasayanas like Amalaki and Yashtimadhu.

Stress, anxiety and insomnia are treated with Medhya Rasayanas — Brahmi, Jatamansi, Ashwagandha, Shankhpushpi — along with Shirodhara, Nasya, sleep hygiene, breathwork and daily routine (dinacharya). Non-habit-forming and safe for long-term use.

Sthaulya (obesity) care combines Udwarthanam (herbal powder massage), kapha-balancing diet, meal-timing discipline, herbal support (Triphala, Guggulu, Medohar Vati) and personalised movement. Focus is on lasting metabolic health rather than rapid weight loss.
